True to its high-seas pirate theme, Buccaneer stocks a well-curated rum selection. The menu notes the alcohol strength and flavor profile for each option—such as vanilla-noted spiced rums in the Casten Tonic and Sailor Soda, or the clean, refreshing Bacardi Rum Mojito—making it simple to pick a pour suited to the evening's mood.
